  • I just placed an order, when will my items ship?"
    Please note that orders may take 7-10 business days from being ordered to be shipped out. Orders placed for pick-up are will be available 7-10 days from the order date. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. We will use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations.
  • Am I able to return or exchange my order?
    Unfortunately we do not accept returns for refund, but you may exchange any unworn merchandise. Items not in new condition are subject to refusal. If items are picked-up instore, simply bring the item(s) back with your receipt. Exchanges will be available 7-10 days once item is brought in. For shipped apparel, please send an email to bgamazing@yahoo.com, detailing the order number, item(s) to be exchanged and what we'll be exchanging them for. Items for exchange will need to be shipped to the address below. Once received, the new items will be shipped in 7-10 business days.   • My order was stolen or lost during transit, am I able to get a refund?"
    Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen orders.
